View attendance list
- You can view the attendance list for each volunteer opportunity
- Go to
Volunteer opportunity
- Click
Service hour
- Click the menu bar ⋮ and choose
View details
- Click the menu bar ⋮ on the selected time slot and click

Manage check-in and check-out records
- Check-in: Click the "tick" button to check in the participant, a timestamp will be logged in the system as a reference in the
Check-in time
column
- Check-out: Click the "arrow" button to check out the participant, a timestamp will be logged in the system as a reference in the
Check-out time
column
- If you have recorded the check-in & check-out time, the system will automatically calculate the service hours for the attandees
💡 This Calculated hour is only for reference, the service hour is subject to the entered Confirmation hours
Instant registration (Quick apply)
For walk-in participation, you can make instant registrations
- Click

- You can choose either

QR code, addNew Contact
or searchExisting contact
- After the registration is completed, it will be automatically added to the attendance list

QR code: Scan the QR code: Attendees can click on the QR code inAccount
inside Social Career App, and display it in front of the camera of the organisation's computer. After successful scanning, it will be added to the attendance list- Add
New Contact
: Organisations can instantly fill in the below form to add applicants to the attendance list. When finished, remember to clickAdd
- Search
Existing contact
: Organisations can search for existing contacts to add applicants to the attendance list by the following methods:
(a) Name
(b) Email
(c) Mobile number
