What is the difference between “Volunteers” and “Volunteers (Non-member)

"Volunteers"

If Social Career App users want to take part in any internal volunteer opportunities from organisation, they need to fill in the membership form. 

"Volunteers (Non-member)"

Unlike members and volunteers, if Social Career App users want to join a public volunteer opportunity, they don't need to fill in a membership form for registration. Once they have registered for the volunteering opportunities in Social Career App, their information will be displayed on the volunteering (non-member) list.
