How to add “Canceled” application to the Volunteer Opportunities/Activities?

When managing volunteering/ activity applications, if applicants’ application status is mistakenly updated to “Canceled”, you can add the “Canceled” application again to the application.

• The application status of “Chan Siu Ming” is updated as “Cancelled” by mistake.

1. Click +New application
2. Choose Existing contact
   
   
   
   
3. Search the applicants by either Name, Email, or Mobile number.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click Search
5. Add the application for that applicant
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

• The application status of “Chan Siu Ming” has been added again, we can now update his application status.
