Social Career is committed to providing your organization with the highest level of security and ensuring the safety of your valuable data. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance account protection, we will be implementing important changes to our password policy. Starting from 1st December 2023, all account need to create a new password that meets our updated requirements.
After logging in to your account, you will be asked to reset your password. Here are the new password rules you need to follow:
- Your new password must have a minimum of 8 characters.
- It should include capital letters, small letters, and numbers.
- It should include at least one special character. ( eg. !@#$%^&*()_+=;’ )
- Please note that passwords will need to be reset every 3 months for added security.
- Passwords cannot be repeated within the last 5 password changes.
To maintain account security, we highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Social Career will automatically log out accounts that have been logged in for more than 14 days and perform identity verification for an extra layer of protection.
