💡The volunteer's login account and membership account should be the same in order to connect with the contact information within the portal. Therefore, organisation staff members can verify with the users their user ID to ensure they have logged into the correct account.
How to view My User ID? (Web version)
- Click on the "Account" icon in the top right corner and select "My Profile."
- Your "User ID" will be displayed.
- Staff members can log in to the Social Career Portal, click on "Contacts," and then click on "All Contacts" to search for the user's ID.
- 💡Please ensure that the table view settings include the display of the "User ID" column. If settings have not been configured, please refer to "How to edit table view settings?".
How to view My User ID? (App)
- Volunteers click on the "Account" icon located in the bottom right corner of the App.
- Click on "View Full Profile."
- Check "My User ID" under “My Profile”.
- Staff can log in to the Social Career Portal, click "Contacts," and then click "All Contacts" to search for the volunteer's user ID.
- 💡Please ensure that the column settings for editing display the "User ID" column. If the relevant settings have not been configured, please refer to "How to edit table view settings?".
