Forgot login email
If you are not sure about your registered email of your organisation, please try to reset the password for the email account and see if you can receive the reset password email from Social Career system.
Reset password
- Click
Forgot Password
on the login page - Enter your email address and click "Submit"
- If you can receive our system email, it means that email is your registered email. Please refer to the following steps to reset the password manually:
- Go to the reset password email
- Click the hyperlink
- Reset a new password for the account
- If you did not receive our system email, it may be due to:
- After you entered your email address, you failed to click "Submit"
- Entered wrong email address
- The email did not create a Social Career master/ staff account
