How to change application period and visability of volunteer opportunities/events

• You can use the following methods to change the application period and visibility of volunteer opportunities/events.

Changing the application period for volunteer opportunities/events:

Edit the application period for the volunteer opportunity/event

1. Select the "⋮" next to the volunteer opportunity/event you want to change, then choose "Edit"

2. Click on "Application" and edit the information in the "Application Period" field.

• Click on the start date, and use the calendar to change the start date of the application period.
• Click on the end date, and use the calendar to change the end date of the application period.

3. Click on " Publish"

4. The application period of the volunteer activity/event is changed

Changing the visibility of volunteer opportunities/events:

If you want to close the application for a volunteer opportunity/event, you can set the visibility of the volunteer opportunity/event to "Private".

Note: This method only applies to volunteer opportunities/events that have not been previously shared. If you have already shared the link to the volunteer opportunity/event with specific participants for registration, then the participants can still apply this activity

1. Select the "⋮" next to the volunteer opportunity/event you want to change, then choose "Edit".

2. Click "application", change volunteering visibility to "unlisted"

3. Click on " Publish"

4. The volunteering activity/event is set unlisted.
