What is the difference between "unlisted" and "internal record"

"Unlisted"

• When creating a volunteer opportunity/ activity:
  • Set the visibility as unlisted on the Application page, and this volunteer opportunity/ activity will not be displayed in Social Career App, and can only be viewed through the website

• If the organisation would like to share this volunteer opportunity/ activity for registration with specific participants, you can use the following methods to get the link
  
  1. Click on Volunteering / Activity>Current
  2. Click "⋮" on the right of volunteer opportunity/ activity
  3. Click Get shareable link

"Internal Records"

• "Internal Records" is a paid feature
• When creating a volunteer opportunity/ activity:
  • Setting it as Internal record on the Basic information page, this volunteer opportunity/ activity will only be viewed internally, and all information will not be disclosed to the public
  • All volunteer service information can be uploaded through the organisation to omit the remaining steps
