How to take attendance for event

💡 This chapter will introduce how to take attendance of the participants on the day of the event. You can mark it in the system directly on a desktop computer or mobile phone to reduce paperwork. 

1. Check-in for a single attendee
2. Check-in for multiple attendees/all attendees at the same time
3. Check-in attendees offline
4. Scan the QR code to check-in
5. Search for attendees

Check-in for a single attendee

1. Login to your staff account
2. Go to Activities
3. Choose Attendance
4. Select your event name and click the right side menu button " ⋮ "
5. Choose View details
   
6. You can switch your options to view another session on the top panel if necessary
   
7. Choose the date for taking attendance and click Attendance list at the right side menu button " ⋮ "
   
8. Click the tick button to check in the participant   
9. A timestamp will be logged in the system as a reference in the Check-in time / Redeem atcolumn

 

Check-in for multiple attendees/all attendees at one time

You can check-in multiple participants at one time without clicking each participant

1. Tick the box on the left of the Participant name /  Ticket number to select all participants, or tick the box on the left of multiple participants
2. Click Manual / Redeem
3. 
   
   
4. Selected participants will be checked in at the same timestamp

 

Check-in attendees offline

If there is no internet access at the event venue, you can still check-in participant at that timestamp

1. Click the tick button or select multiple participants to check-in
2. When the timestamp is recorded, click Save attendances
3. The timestamp will be saved and uploaded to the system when connect to the internet 

 

Scan the QR code to check-in

Without searching each participant's name, you can check in participants by scanning their own QRcode

1. Ask the participant to ready their own QR code in the Social career app.
2. Click Scan
3. Scan the participant QR code and the timestamp will be recorded to the system

 

Search for attendees

You can input either the participant name or the mobile number into the search box for searching a specific participant and help them to check-in

This page could view the overall information of your event

• Date: This is the event date
• Start time: Event expected start time
• End time: Event expected end time
• Progress: This is your event status. (Scheduled / Ongoing / Completed)
• Attended / Total attendees: Event attendance and total attendance
• Attendance %: Successful rate of your event attendance
