How to cancel an Activity?

💡This action is only applicable when the application status is confirmed as "Declined" or "Cancelled." If there are accepted applicants, please cancel their applications before canceling the activity.

1. Click All Activities
2. Find the activity you want to delete and click ⋮ on the right side.
3. Click Cancel
4. Please provide the reason of cancellation and click Confirm
   
5. *The activity will no longer appear under "Current" and will be moved to All Activities with a status of "Cancelled".
   

How to undo delete?

1. Click All Activities.
2. Find the activity you want to delete and click ⋮ on the right side.
3. Click Undo Cancel.
   
4. ClickConfirm.
   
   5. The activity is undone cancellation successfully.
