Organization Registration

The information provided in this section is for login purposes:

Enter the email address you used for registration into the Account email, noting that this email cannot be changed once registered. General email (i.e., info@ngo.org, enquiry@ngo.org) is advised to use for the first registration.
Set a password that is at least 8 characters with a mixture of digits, uppercase, and lowercase letters.

Organization Information

The information provided below will be displayed on your Organization Profile page in Social Career

Enter your organization name in Organization Name (Chinese). If your organization doesn’t have a Chinese name, please fill in the English name.
Enter your organization name in Organization Name (English). If your organization doesn’t have an English name, please fill in the Chinese name.
Enter the Chinese organization name registered in Inland Revenue Department in Legal entity name (Chinese). If your organization doesn’t have a Chinese legal name, please enter an English legal name.
Enter the English organization name registered in Inland Revenue Department in Legal entity name (English). If your organization doesn’t have an English legal name, please enter a Chinese legal name.

All Social Enterprises using Social Career to publish Volunteering Opportunities or Activities must meet the requirement of having a positive impact on society. We will evaluate your eligibility for using Social Career according to the answer to three questions below.

Submit the application for organization account

After clicking on “Submit now”, we will receive and process your application within 3 working days. After the application is approved, you can use the organization account to publish Volunteering Opportunity and Activity.
