How to setup unit info

Set up unit contact profile

1. Go to Organisation folder.
2. Click Unit info
3. Click + Unit or Edit from the menu button
4. Click Create or Saveafter finish

Index guideline for contact information

1. Name: Your organisation unit name
2. Phone no. (optional): for communication with the public
3. Fax no. (optional): for communication with the public
4. Email (optional): for communication with the public
5. Address: You can fill in the detailed address of the organisation
6. Google map: you can insert the organisation address to form up a google map and place the pin on the organisation location
