Organisation Registration

The information provided in this section is for login purposes:

• Enter the email address you used for registration into the Account email, noting that this email cannot be changed once registered. General email (i.e., [e-mail], [e-mail]) is advised to use for the first registration.
• Set a password that is at least 8 characters with a mixture of digits, uppercase, and lowercase letters.

The information provided below will be displayed on your Organisation Profile page in Social Career

• Enter your organisation name in Organisation Name (Chinese). If your organisation doesn’t have a Chinese name, please fill in the English name.
• Enter your organisation name in Organisation Name (English). If your organisation doesn’t have an English name, please fill in the Chinese name.
• Enter the Chinese organisation name registered in Inland Revenue Department in Legal entity name (Chinese). If your organisation doesn’t have a Chinese legal name, please enter an English legal name.
• Enter the English organisation name registered in Inland Revenue Department in Legal entity name (English). If your organisation doesn’t have an English legal name, please enter a Chinese legal name.

Submit the application for organisation account

After clicking on “Submit now”, we will receive and process your application within 3 working days. After the application is approved, you can use the organisation account to publish Volunteering Opportunity and Activity.
