How to claim hours

💡Organisations will usually verify the volunteers‘ service hours on Social Career within two weeks after the service is completed, and the record will then be displayed in your Social Career account.

Claim Hours at Website

1. Go to app.socialcareer.org and log in to your account

2. Click the "Account" button at the top right corner

3. Select "My application"

4. At the “My application” Page, click on the Volunteer Opportunities you would like to claim hours

5. At "My applied Opportunity" Page, click the "Claim hours" button

6. You will be directed to send an email, the recipient will be the NGO. Please specify the participant's Name, Volunteer service date, and Volunteer opportunity title, and provide your application Screenshot (if any)for organisation's handling. 

You can also find the contact information of the recruiting organization in "Enquiry" at the bottom of the particular “Volunteer opportunity/ Activity” page in the Social Career app
