How to go to the registration page of "JCVTP" (via the Social Social App):
Method 1: After logging into your Social Career account, the "JCVTP" connection invitation page will pop up directly. Click "Connect Now." After the new page pops up, click "Connect Now" again.
Method 2: After logging into your Social Career account, click “Account" on the top right corner, then click "My Memberships" under "JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM," then click "Connect Now."

- After logging into your Social Career account, the "JCVTP" connection invitation page will pop up directly. Click "Connect Now." After the new page pops up, click "Connect Now" again.
- After logging into your Social Employment account, on the "My Membership" page, click "Connect" under "Connect Account," then click "Connect Now" on the pop-up page.
"JC VOLUNTEER TOGETHER PLATFORM" account registration process
Step 1: Enter your email and enter the 6-digit verification code in the space provided. Choose "Verify" (If you haven't received the email, choose "Resend One-time Verification Code.")
Step 2: Set a password. After entering the "Confirm Password," enter the password again. You can click the "eye" icon to ensure that the password is entered correctly twice, then choose "Next."
Step 3: Fill in the "Account Information" and choose "Next."
Step 4: Set your volunteer service preferences and then click "Complete Registration."

Step 5: Link to the volunteer matching platform. Link this account to your existing volunteer matching platform account to integrate your volunteer service records.
How to check the connection status of my "JCVTP" account
Social Career App: After logging into your Social Employment account, check the connection status under "Connect Account" on the "My Account" page.
Social Career Website: After logging into your Social Employment account, check the connection status under "Linked Account" on the "My Membership" page.

A: Regardless of whether you are an existing Social Career user, you need to register a new account on "JCVTP" in order to use the integrated services, including exploring service opportunities and recording volunteer activities.
Q: I have an existing Social Career account. Do I have to use the same registered email to register a new account on "JCVTP"?
A: You can choose to use a different email for registration on "JCVTP."
Q: Why can't I see the connection status of "JCVTP" on the Social Career website/app?

Q: After linking to "JCVTP," what kind of personal information will be transferred?
A: Only volunteer hours approved by non-profit organisations will be transferred to "JCVTP."
Please note that the "Social Career" column on the "Volunteer Matching Platform Account" page within the "JCVTP" website should display "Linked" for the volunteer hours to be transmitted.
Q: Why are the "Volunteer Hours" / "Volunteer Service Records" different on "Social Employment" and "JCVTP"?
Please note that after linking to "JCVTP," Social Career will send the service records to "JCVTP" upon successful connection. Records before the connection will not be sent to "JCVTP".
