Quick access to pending activity application and pending check-in

After logging into the Social Career system, users can browse "My Tasks" on the homepage to check for any pending items. The orange number on the right represents the total number of pending items for volunteer opportunities and activities (if available).

1. Attendance pending confirmation (Check-in)

In the Activities section, users will see a list of pending confirmation items. The number displayed under "Pending Confirmation" indicates the number of participants awaiting confirmation for that specified time slot.
To confirm the attendance, please click on the icon in the "Confirm Attendance" column, which will redirect you to the attendance list for the relevant volunteer opportunity. For more details on confirming hours, please refer to this page.

2. Pending activity applications (Check-in)

In the Activities section, users will see a list of pending activities applications. The number displayed under "Pending Applications" indicates the number of participants awaiting confirmation for that activity.
To update the application status, please click on the eye icon in the "Manage applications" column, which will redirect you to the application list for the relevant Activity. For more details on confirming applications, please refer to this page.

💡 If there are no pending time slots or applications displayed in the Activities section of "My Tasks," it means there are currently no items awaiting confirmation.
