View Details
.
- You can view the payment amount, status, and other details within the payment details, eg start date and user of the payment, paid amount, date, and transaction number/receipt number generated by the system.
- You can also click on the
Refund
button in the top right corner to initiate aFull Refund
orPartial Refund
. - You can also click on the
Receipt
button in the top right corner to issue and print receipts (receipts are in A4 size). - You can also view the payment records of individual members. Please refer to "How to check a single payment record?"
- You can also resend receipts, please refer to "Reissue Receipt"
