How to view Schedule & My application records?

The results of your application will be communicated to you by the recruiting organisation:

• After submitting the application form, you will receive an automated email from Social Career notifying you that your application has been sent to the recruiting organisation (please check your email's "Spam" or "Junk" folder as well).
• If the recruiting organisation confirms your application, you will receive another email confirming your successful application. Conversely, if your application is not accepted, you will receive an email indicating that your application has been declined.
• The organisation may also inform you of the application results and related arrangements via phone, email, or text message.

1. Click on Scheduleto view upcoming volunteer opportunities and activities in calendar view.

1. You can view Confirmed and Other schedule.
   • Confirmed means that your application has been successful.
      
   • Other means registration not finalized (includes Pending, Reserved, or Cancelled). Click on the activity to view application details.
               
2. You can click on the volunteer opportunity or activity to view the details.
3. If you are unable to attend a volunteer opportunity or activity, you can tap on the respective item and select 'Edit Application' > 'Cancel Application' to notify the organisation. For more details regarding cancellations, please visit this page.
4. After editing, the other schedule will be updated.

• If the volunteer opportunity/activity date is approaching and your registration is still in the other status, please contact the recruiting organisation to inquire about the status of your application.
• You can find the contact information of the recruiting organisation at the bottom of the volunteer opportunity/activity page in the Social Career app.

View “My application” (Social Career Web)

1. Click on the account icon at the top right corner and select My application.

• You can view applied Volunteer Opportunities and Activities on this page and sort by viewing only “Volunteer Opportunities” or “Activities”.
• You can also click all status and sort by viewing Pending or Confirmed.          
• You can click on the calendar on the left to select application records by specific year, month and date. You can also see the total applications of VO and activities and your upcoming events.
• Filled Circle: Today
• Empty Circle: The day you are choosing. If you have applied for specific events, details would be shown below.

✓ Accepted

☼ Reserved / Pending

📅 X Cancelled

⊗ Rejected
