How to get volunteer hours

• The organisation will confirm hours for volunteers on the Social Career system within 2 weeks after the service is completed. Once confirmed, it will be displayed in the volunteer account
• If you cannot view the record, please contact the NGO staff directly
  • You can find the contact information of the organisation in "Enquiry" at the bottom of the particular “Volunteer opportunity/ Activity” page in the Social Career app
