How to change my registered email / mobile

• If you have not used this account to register for any volunteer opportunities/activities, please log out of this account and register for another account with the correct email address
• If you have signed up for volunteer opportunities/activities with this account or have volunteer hours, please send an email to [e-mail] and provide your new and old email addresses, screenshot of your current Social Career Account Page (with your SC user ID) so we can help

• Please note that the request will take at least 90 days from the date of acceptance, and the time required may vary depending on the actual situation

Web Version

1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select "My profile"

2. You can update your basic information here, including your name, gender, etc.
   

3. Login Settings: Fields highlighted in grey represent your primary login account. To ensure account security, these fields cannot be modified manually. To change them, please email your account details (including a screenshot of your User ID and the new login info) to [e-mail].

   • If logging in via Email: You may update your phone number, but changing your "Login Email" requires contacting [e-mail].

   • If logging in via Phone: You may update your email address, but changing your "Login Phone Number" requires contacting [e-mail].

App Version

1. Tap "Account" in the bottom-right corner, then select "View Full Profile."
   

2. Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner.

3. You can update your basic information here (name, gender, etc.). Tap "Save Changes" when finished.

4. Changing Login Account: Fields in grey are your login credentials and cannot be edited directly. To change them, please email your account details (User ID screenshot and new login info) to [e-mail].

   • Email Users: You can update your "Mobile Number," but to change your "Login Email," please email [e-mail].

   • Phone Users: You can update your "Email Address," but to change your "Login Phone Number," please email [e-mail].
