How to report absence (unable to attend particular sessions)

• If your application is confirmed but you are unable to attend a particular session, you can report the absence by the following steps

1. Click "Schedule"
2. Click on the volunteer opportunity/ activity you need to report the absence
3. Click "Report absence" and enter the reason

❗️❗️You can ONLY cancel the application 72 hours before the service/ activity start❗️❗️

• If you are unable to attend the session(s) within 72 hours (3 days) before the volunteer opportunity/ activity date, please contact the recruiting organization directly
  • You can find the contact information of the organization in "Enquiry" at the bottom of the particular "Volunteer opportunity/ Activity" page in Social Career App
