The merge function is to combine different contact types for the same user. Merging them allows user can view their records on
To merge the information of the same member, please follow these steps:
- Click
Contacts
>Members
- Identify the contacts that need to be merged: A: Target contact (will remain after merging) B: Contact to be merged (will disappear after merging)
Case User A User B Can be merged? Solution 1 Volunteer / Activity participant Volunteer / Activity participant ❎ Add membership first and then remove 2 Member + Volunteer / Activity participant Volunteer / Activity participant ✅ Click the three dots of User A for merging, clicking User B will not work - If B needs to be merged into A, the system will only retain the contact of A. Please confirm A's contact information is accurate. You may click on the

at the end of the column in the contact person's section and select "View Details." - At contact details, click
Edit
and make the necessary edits, return to the previous page upon editing. - At A's contact row, click

at the end of the row and selectMerge Contacts
- You can search contact (B) to merge based on their name, email, or phone number.
- Select the contact (B) and click
+ Merge
on the right-hand side. - Click
Confirm
