How to manage membership applications

💡 You can view the submitted membership/volunteer membership application via ApplicationOnce approved by organisation, the applicant's information will be shown in Members/Volunteer database.

2. Update applicant's payment status (Free)

View Membership Application

1. Click Contact>Applications
2. Click the menu "⋮" at the right of the table
3. choose View details to view the application form

Overview of the application form

• You can Print / Download the application form by clicking the bottom button

Update applicant's payment status (Free)

1. Click the menu "⋮" at the right of the table
2. Click View details
3. Click Approve/Under review/Rejectto update the membership status

membership status

1. Approve: Select this if you accept this application
2. Under review: If you are in the process of approving the eligibility of this application form, please select this and you can also fill in the details
3. Reject: Select this if you decline this application and provide a reason for the refusal

Update applicant's payment status (Paid)

1. Click the menu "⋮" at the right of the table
2. Click Update payment status 
3. You can change the payment method and add remarks
4. ClickPayto update the payment status

Preview receipt

1. You can preview the receipt and enter receipt remarks below
2. Click Confirm & printor Cancelto exit
3. The application status will be automatically updated to Active
4. You can view this applicant's information in Members/Volunteer database
