💡 What are Login Method & Login Credential? These columns allow staff to quickly check how members/ volunteers log in to their accounts (via Email or Mobile) and view masked login details for verification purposes.

How to view Login Method & Login Credential
To view these columns in your member or volunteer list, follow these steps:

1. Go to Contacts > Select a category (e.g., Members)

2. Click the Table Settings icon (⚙️) on the far right of the table header

3. In the Change column settings pop-up, check the boxes for Login method and Login credential

4. Click Save

Expected Result

• Login method: Displays the login channel used by the contact (e.g., Mobile or Email).

• Login credential: Displays the associated masked email address or mobile phone number (e.g., 9754**** or w****@s***.***) to ensure privacy while providing basic reference.
