How to view my Membership?

Some organisations have their own member pages where users can become organisation members by submitting a membership form and accessing exclusive volunteer opportunities and activities. This chapter will introduce the methods of viewing existing memberships.

Viewing my Membership (App Version)

1. Click Account

2. Click View full profile
         

1. • You can click to view membership details, e.g. name of the organisation, name of the plan, membership status, and expiry date.
   • If you have submitted a membership form but your membership is not displayed in the "My Memberships" section, you can inquire with the specific organisation to reconnect your membership status. Click Connect with invitation code and enter the invitation code provided by the NGO.

1. Click the Profile icon at the top right corner
   
   
2. Click My memberships
   

• You can view membership details, e.g. name of the organisation, name of the plan, membership status, and expiry date.
• If you have submitted a membership form but your membership is not displayed in the My Membershipssection, you can inquire with the specific organisation to reconnect your membership status. Enter the invitation code provided by the NGO and click Connect.
